I agree tbh.
On all of my posts from now on I will be asking service teams not to reply.

I'm not saying that isn't a reason. I'm saying that it has the second advantage of adding posts. If you want to post farm, you'd want to go to a giveaway cause
1) You get posts
2) You also have the chance of winning
3) It takes 3 seconds to write the post and it counts as one (people wont trash you in these threads but they will in threads like this even when you clearly spent time writing)
So there is NO loss for you. I dont want to keep trashing OP's thread so I am going to stop replying to posts in here, you can pm me for further discussion if you wish.
Yes in the time you couldve been playing with your barbie dolls you typed 3 paragraphs instead
Highly underrated comment :rofl::rofl:Yes in the time you couldve been playing with your barbie dolls you typed 3 paragraphs instead
i wouldnt say ur post farming but like you are basically all of general discussion, although im fine with that.
Whether you like to post or not was not under question, they quality of your posts were.I like to post. I post about interesting things and it attracts a lot of attention.
I don't see anything wrong with that, I make quality posts and back them up with quality replies
I do like to have fun sometimes but I don't spam
Whether you like to post or not was not under question, they quality of your posts were.
Whether you make quality posts or not is not your judgement to make. Quality of your posts FOR the community can only be judged by the community itself. Judging by the amount you post in accordance with your reaction to post ratio as well as the replies you seem to be getting, I don't think the community thinks too highly of your posts.
By saying "I like to have fun sometimes", you're affirming that you drop the quality of your posts "sometimes" as you are trying to justify it. That's not something I would do when being accused of post farming.
I don't agree with anything anyone has said in this thread and, to specify, I am not accusing you of post farming. I am only responding to your response which hit me badly in the eye for its lack of rationality behind it.
From looking at one thread and your profile, I can see multiple people explicitly claiming that you're post farming and that your reaction to post ratio is low. Again, I don't care about whether you are actually post farming or not, I am only replying to a specific comment which is irrational regardless of the context of the quality of your posts being questioned.Check my posts/replies, you'll see

YouTube Rewind 2018 has 174 million views, yet it has 16 million dislikes and 2.5 million likes. The amount of views a content uploaded online gets does not reflect on the quality of it.My threads get too many views and I cant keep up with it all ;-;

Whether we are talking about a video or a thread is not relevant. We are discussing whether or not views reflect quality, which is a broader concept that requires no explicit object.Yeah but a video isn't a thread
When I reply it boosts up my post count but doesn't with the reactions because whos gonna react to all those replies

People will react to your replies. The second reply to your thread has five reactions alone. The amount (and type) of reactions you receive depends on how well you connect with the readers of your replies - the community. This is what a community-defined subjective definition of "quality" would be, which in your case, seems to be lacking.
Before getting upset about people calling you out for "post farming", I suggest you think about whether the "quality" (which in this case is valued by the community) of your posts matters. If your goal is to say what's on your mind, then it doesn't. There aren't too many cases when it matters if you're not selling anything on that post. Most people will simply call you an "attention whore", "socially awkward", or something along those lines if care about the reactions you receive on such posts.![]()
Clearly, you haven't looked at all....Some service teams out there may not be like this, but I have yet to find an example of one.
