What are your qualifications
I'm really good at judgment, and i know what players wanna see, i give my honest and truthful oppinion. If your server is shit, i will call it out as shit and tell you how to get better, if it is good/amazing, i will say so, and give some feedback and advice as well...

The server deffinatly does have a good enough store to support the server financially, the kits are a bit iffy, i would like to see the kits have... More to them, maybe some blocks in kit weekly, maybe 7 diamond blocks? Maybe an enchanting table? It's a little too much like a PVP kits, and the ranks are not as original as you may think, the rank "scout" is common for a servers ranks, i suggest making something unrelated to another server, or thought up by you. Also, add a little more... color to chat, maybe that seperation between chat and the name could be light gray, "(Faction) [(Prefix)] (Username) &7> (Message)" would be more interesting. But as far as that, things are okay, the community is great!

Just browsed over this and thought maybe i missed some points on my freshly started small ish project a few days ago, ip is rekt69.com. its not exactly finished yet, but most of the configs are set up and 100% working, and its supposed to be like a pvp everywhere except for spawn and plots. it is supposed to be so u cant tp out from the pvp zones if u are wondering.
just keep it mind its not finished yet, only started on it a week back or so i believe.
EDIT: also let me know if the mountains around the maps are too much i added them in a rush the other day, im a bit stuck between removing them or keeping them :s
EDIT2: i also gave user: krisjd12 fly perms, in case you need that, might not work since u never joined but well see.
