Hey, My name's Shellock, am 16 years old I live in the UAE and my timezone is GST. I've been in the staffing field for around a year now, I've done management roles such as Staff Manager and have done a lot of administrative work and even managed and had owned a server around 3 years ago.
Servers I've worked on
UniverseMC - A Factions, Skyblock, Prison, Kitpvp, and Survival Server. I've been an admin and staff manager on universemc for quite a while (around 8 months now). I am currently Staff Manager on there and have done quite the work from dealing with players and the community to dealing with the staff members, handling promotions, applications, demotions, and so on. I've done a lot of Uni and even for a certain period I was the only admin doing any work so learned a lot. But now I have decided to look for other opportunities
GlowstonePVP - A Kitpvp server that averaged around 30-60 players, I used to moderate and administrate there around a year or two ago, unsure of time spent there as it was quite a while ago but around 5months+
My Server - Co-owned and managed my server for a while, got familiar with config, staff management, and dealing with communities and players, the server averaged around 10-30 players but did eventually flop as of low funding.
What differentiates me
Overall I'd say am quite able to handle and deal with players, staff, communities, and server management and bring many ideas to many server game modes and make sure that their server does amazing. When am dedicated to a server am one hell of a grinder.
