My Experience:
I have experienced many servers in the past. Two that I am most proud of because of my work are called Herocrafters and Eclipse Prison.
Herocrafters: I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It shut down.
Eclipse Prison: I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it shut down.
What can I offer?
With my experiences before I can offer a lot of dedication and hard work to your server and community. I have run into problems many times and I know how to fix them when it comes to fixing them.
I use to own my own company on the spigot forums where I sold many servers to people that had what they wanted to be configured in it, so I am very good at configuring many files (If you would like to see the feedback from these people, please find and add my skype located below).
I am very familiarised with enjin and XenForo and what they can offer, every time a new update comes out for either of these companies. I check the update logs of where I can come in the update and what I can provide with the update.
I am able to offer my new banning policy to servers and community. This policy will provide fair advantages to new and existing players. My policies always work and they have never stopped players from joining the servers.
I will find players that live on the other side of the world to be staff so that the server is up and running with staff 24/7. This will help protect your server while the main staff are offline and are not able to protect your server.

- Player Management - Making sure everyone on the server is happy and having a non-rule breaking experience.
- Updates - Every time an update is released I will make sure that your server and community will know about it.
- Staff Management - Making sure all the staff teams are passing on their reports and making sure that they are doing a good job for the community.
- Moderating Staff & Players - During my free time I like to moderator what players are doing and I like to make sure that they are not hacking or provided an unfair advantage to other players.
- Forum Management - I will make sure that the forum is up to date and managed well by staff. If I see the staff making a wrong move they will be spoken to nicely.
My Conditions:
- I work for free.
- I will be online when I can be online, requesting me to be online during an emergency is allowed.
- I will have the staff working for me while I am absent or sleeping.
- You will co-operate with me so that I can get things correctly.
- You will give me access to whatever I need.

When can you be active?
Monday - Tuesday = 4pm - 6pm
Wednesday = Not Online
Thursday - Friday = 4pm - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday = 1pm - 9pm
How much of your time can you dedicate to the server?:
As I would be at school till about 3pm I wouldn't be able to be active before then. However, since I do not work very often, I would be able to be active many hours per week. I'm at my computer daily, up to 7 hours per day, mostly 6 hours. It would, therefore, be possible to get in contact with me quite easily.
Why do you deserve staff over other applicants?:
This is also a difficult question since I don't have much information about the other applicants. However, I think my experience and dedication to IT support and IT in general, would separate me from many of the applicants. My age will also separate me from many of the applicants. I see this as a very positive point since a great community also needs some older players with just a bit more experience.
As I like to dedicate myself completely to a project, I will not have time for other servers. I was frequently asked to help other communities while I was in the community mentioned before, however I had to decline since I felt this would lessen my ability and connection to my community at the time.
My hobby is working with all sorts of IT, and I really enjoy helping people with IT. Therefore, I would be able to frequently help with the server. I am also very capable of bringing forth a just judgement if the situation should occur.
I'm a very kind and understanding guy, and I love to have fun and joke around, as long as it is not at anyone else’s expense. I like hanging out and creating a better bond between members.
How will you benefit the staff team?:
I would be able to frequently help with the administrative side, and I would also be able to moderate a forum, and work with anyone, without any problems. I would be able to come with constructive feedback and ideas of how to improve the server (if any should exist). As I have said many times now, I like to create bonds between the members of the community, and I will help others bond as well. This will help to make a bigger and better community.
What made you want to apply?:
I can bring new banning policies, plugins and other stuff to the server to make it safe.

I have been made staff on many servers, some of which have been tekkit servers. I have made my own server before but I feel like becoming a part of a community is a better suit for me. A lot of people probably tell you they have been staff on servers before which, I'm not going to accuse them of saying they haven't but I will demonstrate my understanding of many administrative plugins and tools. If you are not satisfied with my ability to administrate the server you can demote me, but I know I will not disappoint you ever.
I love playing Minecraft and I can provide knowledge across most subjects because I've been playing for around 2 years now. I also know a lot about plugins and permissions and how all of it works and I am willing to demonstrate that to you.
