I am looking for one or more talented java developers for the lead in a massive Minecraft project(s), these will be paid positions in the long run depending on the quality of work, punctuality and level of professionalism throughout the course of work. Knowledge of C++ and other languages would be beneficial.

Since I am looking for a dedicated long time developer potentially co-owner, there would be a high negotiable up front cost with monthly agreed upon payments which will increase over time as popularity grows. It would be very much advantageous if this is the only project you are dedicated to.

I think you will struggle to find someone to work for free without promise of pay.

Sorry I put across the wrong message, the promise of pay is there but the quantity isn't. You could make someone spend 50 hours coding plugins for you and just drop them $20 from the donations you may or may not get. That's why upfront payment for a set task is always better.
