You script with Skript, end of story. You are not coding. Code is written to be compiled, your scripting is just English text that the code in the plugin Skript puts into action for real. The creator of Skript wrote the code, not you.

You are both incorrect, Skript does classify as a coding language so does HTML and CSS. Now this may open doors to arguments, but if you do wish to argue I will not respond by any means.

Why is Skript is a coding language you might ask? Well a coding language as defined by the all mighty google is

"ASSIGNING A CODE TO SOMETHING FOR THE PURPOSES OF CLASSIFICATION OR IDENTIFICATION" So basically if skript has variables (which it does) it goes under the branch of IDENTIFICATION; in that case any shit that classifies or identifies is hereby a coding language.[DOUBLEPOST=1526938160][/DOUBLEPOST]__

HTML is not programming in the traditional sense, neither is CSS, or vanilla CSS at any rate. But it is code; the right combination of text that the browser can read that does something.

I understand where you are coming from, Skripts are made to make something work in the game.

However, they just work the same as config files. The jar file reads it and produces output based on that information. You could technically label configurers as coders too if scripters are coders.

That being said, you should pm me if you want to discuss this further. I don't want to flood this thread anymore with Skript vs "Real programming languages".

HTML and CSS aren't programming languages, html is a markup language, and css is a style sheet one.
