Find small youtubers and small streamers to record and get players on. Have something players will enjoy and don't make players wanna quit because of a bad staff team. Also post your server on sites like PMC and MC Server list

I don't that aren't partnered with my servers. Just look on youtube and look on twitch people will be willing to play if you offer them a rank or a small sum of money.
