Management in Future will be paid.
Currently all payments are going towards custom plugins to establish a custom/unique server and not saying it is custom like many other servers and not having anything custom other than a few GUIS being 'different'.
Then going towards advertising to establish a decent player base were we will grow from there.
This will show the loyalty of the servers staff team which could lead to further payments. but currently, payment isn't an option for staff.

People who may not have the qualifications, can grow into those who do.
They will start exactly where everyone else started and will learn to manifest habits that are good and bad, its my duty to help them and for them in return to help us with the skills they can.

An established/stable network should always have a group of people set in their mind. They should only hire those people.
You don’t go to school/university for nothing, you get a degree that’s structured towards your job. You don’t get trained in the process unless your working at a fast food place that requires half a brain.

Update: Server isn't even online, Discord looks quite good so gj to Itz_Dim on that. I'm just hoping the server isn't home-hosted. Their buycraft isn't even complete, just my views so far.
