We are currently recruiting staff members for our team to moderate Factions and Skyblock. We are also requesting administration assistance with other global network issues/ideas as well as admin-specific moderation on the game servers.

Server-specific staff do not receive direct monetary compensation for their time. The same applies for Administrators. Managers are expected to go much further beyond moderation, administration and daily tasks and would only be compensated for critical things. Some examples of things that would receive compensation would be:

• Advertising
• Feature Implementations
• Back-end Improvements
• Development

Some examples of things that would not receive compensation and are still expected of you would be:

• Staff Management
• Moderation
• Administration
• Suggestions

In addition to this, global staff are required to be exclusive to our network. We are not looking for large-scale paid management services without any passion for the server itself.
