'Gate of Adventure' is a medium-sized, Gothic-inspired spawn I designed for Universalis, a now-defunct server I used to be involved with. The spawn possesses two portals and could be retooled into a hub with a small bit of work. The build has a small patch of surrounding terrain and a fully-fledged interior; it also possesses two empty wings that could be turned into shops or tutorial chambers.
Pricing & other details
This spawn can only be purchased once before I pull it down. This means that the buyer will have a unique spawn that's guaranteed to never appear anywhere else.
The price I have in mind is about €30,- ($34,- or £26,- in other common currencies), but I'm open to offers. Please PM me if you are interested.
