Someone just charged back 15$ on my paypal for a 100% FALSE reason | What do I do?

So, I go to check my email today, and I see this:

So, me being me, I assume it is someone from my minecraft server, so I log on to paypal, and I go to the claim messages section, to find this:

I have NEVER sold a windows 7 license in my entire life, nor would I ever need to, as not many people even use windows 7 anymore. I am unsure as to how to fight this one back, as it is not true, and this kid is lying to the max. If anyone could help me, or direct me in the direction of someone who could help me fight this, that would be great, thanks


Please note: He spelt "license" wrong.... So, I do not know if adding that in can help me or not. But, could use some help if anyone knows how to win something like this.

Yea, I know, I plan to send him a "Friendly" email, and I am gonna check up only what he did buy from me etc, because I know if is VIA my Minecraft Server. Are you fully verified? Is the person who opened the dispute verified?

Explain to PayPal what actually happened and provide proof. If you're verified and are in good standing, you will most likely win.

I am 100% verified, I have a bank, card, etc linked. And, I am not sure if he is, how can one check? I mean, take a look at my post from above. Because, I sold him it VIA here. He found me on here.

To check if he is verified just simply go to the details of the transaction. It will say something like "Non-US Verified", "US Verified" and vice versa.

He is verified. I took a look, and it said - "The sender of this payment is Verified"
