Someone just charged back 15$ on my paypal for a 100% FALSE reason | What do I do?

So, I go to check my email today, and I see this:

So, me being me, I assume it is someone from my minecraft server, so I log on to paypal, and I go to the claim messages section, to find this:

I have NEVER sold a windows 7 license in my entire life, nor would I ever need to, as not many people even use windows 7 anymore. I am unsure as to how to fight this one back, as it is not true, and this kid is lying to the max. If anyone could help me, or direct me in the direction of someone who could help me fight this, that would be great, thanks


Please note: He spelt "license" wrong.... So, I do not know if adding that in can help me or not. But, could use some help if anyone knows how to win something like this.

All you need to do is have your parents state your last name and their first name, then they'll ask to talk to you again.

I would rather not try to call paypal @ 12PM midnight, I am the only one awake right now. So, not sure it is a good time to do so. Plus, I dislike talking on the phone.[DOUBLEPOST=1470542358][/DOUBLEPOST]

My advise is to just refund him. $15 is not a lot of money and not worth your time.

That would be a great idea, if I 1. Had 15$ to refund him, and 2. If he was charging back for the REAL reason of purchase. I am not gonna submit anymore proof, I feel that what I have is beyond enough now. I will just let it play out. If I do not win, oh well. However, I think I have a good shot at it.

Sadly, I did not win the case. They decided to side with the buyer, even tho he was lying 100%. But, oh well. What can you do, paypal might have worse staff than YouTubes Fair Use Department. (Jk, nothing is worse than that).

Are you fully verified? Is the person who opened the dispute verified?

Explain to PayPal what actually happened and provide proof. If you're verified and are in good standing, you will most likely win.

In the call tell them your story about how he is lying, and how he put that note that he paid for a TOPG ad.

Thanks for the info, however 15$ is not worth it in all honesty. I just know to not do business with that user ever again.
