Someone just charged back 15$ on my paypal for a 100% FALSE reason | What do I do?

So, I go to check my email today, and I see this:

So, me being me, I assume it is someone from my minecraft server, so I log on to paypal, and I go to the claim messages section, to find this:

I have NEVER sold a windows 7 license in my entire life, nor would I ever need to, as not many people even use windows 7 anymore. I am unsure as to how to fight this one back, as it is not true, and this kid is lying to the max. If anyone could help me, or direct me in the direction of someone who could help me fight this, that would be great, thanks


Please note: He spelt "license" wrong.... So, I do not know if adding that in can help me or not. But, could use some help if anyone knows how to win something like this.

What you're going to want to do, is IMMEDIATELY call PayPal. Explain what's going on. Even hint at the idea he made a dispute on the wrong payment.

It is not the "Wrong" payment, he disputed for a reason that has NOTHING to do with the payment he made to me, he bought 4 hour topg.org slot from me, and made the claim that I sold him a windows 7 license.

Thanks! I provided case ID's and what he actually paid for, and then what he chargedback for etc. Should I add in the skype convo where he agreed to not chargeback etc? Or, not worth doing?

Unfortunately, he hasn't been responding lately so I cant send anything to him from you. I've heard that he scams a lot of people from another friend of mine. If you have the right evidence, you can win the dispute

Yea, he bought a LOT of slots from people that day, and luckily mine was the cheapest, but he spent like 300$ on some slot for minecraft-mp or something. At least, that is what I was told. Skype isnt really a reputable system. They know that people can easily fake it and they dont know its the actual person.

Yea, I assumed there would be no need. I will not bother, I think I have enough proof already.

I would, see I did and Paypal sided with me the whole time, but the guy who charged me back said it was unauthorized by the credit card holder, so even when paypal aid I was right, I lost.

You do know if you want a quicker way to contact paypal just call them and get it fixed that way.

I personally can not call them, as I am only 16. And, they will not want to deal with me. My parents do not know enough about this stuff to call either, so I am just gonna do it via the Case that was opened on me. I am in no rush tbh.

My advise is to just refund him. $15 is not a lot of money and not worth your time.
