Hi. I am Exeyelius (Aka Lahqie) one of the two owners of SpaceWars Factions!
We are currently looking for:

Server Information: (US) (FACTIONS) (UNIQUE & UNSEEN PLUGINS) (CUSTOM ENCHANTS) (ESTIMATED 350+ PLAYERS ON LAUNCH)

(1) Manager [$100/mo] Payment month begins on server launch.
Skills
- Community Management
- Operations Management
Must Manage
- Server (In-game chat, find hackers, find staff abusers, find bugs, etc)
- Xenforo Forums (Must be active replying to threads, specifically suggestions and issues)
- Discord (Must moderate extreme profanity, advertisement & general rule breakers)
Administration/Configuration Skills
- Must be able to configure config files (Decent knowledge)
- Must be able to fix configuration errors using console error logs
Requirements/Factions Knowledge
- Respectful, Mature, Understands sensitive topics, Handles tough & heated situations well
- Good English, Microphone & Discord
- Must be a current and active factions player
- Must have a lot of knowledge about faction servers, what makes them good/bad
- Must be able to be come up with unique plugin ideas, changes, etc for next reset
- MUST BE 16+
Tasks
- Managing community including (discord, server, forums)
- You will be required to apply/deny & promote/demote staff
- YOU MUST collect & report bugs/issues FAST!
- Every week we would like you to filter and collect the GOOD suggestions off discord, players & website. Neatly paste them in a discord chat we will have specifically for suggestions and we will send these ideas off to our developers to develop or make those simple configurable changes for next reset.
- You will be required every 2 weeks to uniquely configure server files for next reset... This includes possible kit changes, shop price changes, hologram changes, koth & crate changes, etc...

Bro, that's not what a manager does. Managers don't have time to "find hackers". They work with the dev to fix bugs, updates and etc.

I currently don't have a "microphone" but if I really need to talk for like an interview or something I have a phone with the discord app so I can still talk, it's just not ideal. I also am just under the age requirement for Administrator, but I turn 15 in one month so maybe you could make an exception.
