Specifik Faction?

I'm currently trying to create a Faction server and feel like I'm nearly done with most of the bigger things. But I'm mostly curious if there is something that should be added that most servers are missing. Please leave your suggestions and I might take them into consideration.

You should get headhunting. Its missing on most small servers however big servers do have it.
