Hey everyone. Just wanted to post this to hopefully get some replies compiled, and developers available.
I've been working on a unique (non-factions, non-survival, that unique enough for ya?
) server for over 6 months now, and I've hired a couple of different developers in that time for some custom plugins. Unfortunately, I've had some bad luck with developers who disappear for long stretches at a time, usually delaying my receiving the plugin for months. I'm pretty easy to work with, but this is still frustrating for me.
I'd like to find a developer, capable of programming completely custom (hopefully bug-free) plugins in Spigot 1.11.2, who I can turn to whenever I have a new project that the server needs to grow. At the moment, there's two rather large plugins I need programmed, each of which I imagine would be $100 projects, if not more. I have the budget to pay a good developer fairly, and the explaining skills to avoid any misunderstandings of what I'm requesting.
A couple of things I would like to request:
- professional. Very professional. More than two years' experience.
- good attitude (we'll be speaking a lot, after all)
- knowledge of and capability to utilize and work with NBT Tags.
- good with creating GUI menus
- can make a plugin with a good amount of configuration and control on my side
- punctual and averse to running off mid-job ;P
Hopefully none of those requests seem too demanding, but it's really what I need at this point in time. And, of course, if these initial projects go well, you'll receive unique rewards on the server I'm developing once it's released, in addition to payment for the project. Also, I'd be happy to hire any capable developers for future work.
