Hey everyone,
My name is 13V and I am currently running a startup. My server name is MineChills. It is a skyblock server with custom bosses and soon to be dungeons. I am very close to releasing the server out for everyone to play but I need staff. I need 4 admins that will handle some tasks for me while also needing a few mods and helpers. If you are questioning my involvement in this project spent a few hundred on this project already. ($4XX) Its almost at completion just got to polish some stuff up then we are done.

What the Staff Positions Do:
Admin:
These people are my right hand. If I need something done straight away these are my go to men. They will carry out tasks that I need to do but cannot since I'm busy. This position potentially will be paid if the server does alright. Admins will be dealing with tickets on the discord and forums. (Might only do tickets on discord). Admins will be higher than manager, you will report to me and me only. If you would like to apply for an admin position please contact me on discord @13V#9546.
Moderator/Helper:
I believe that the Moderators and Helpers are one of the most important staff members because they enforce the rules. I need as many moderators and Helpers that I can get my hands on. You will be punishing rule breakers while also keeping the server clean and non-toxic. If you wish to Apply for Mod/Helper Contact me on discord @13V#9546
Other Positions:
Manager
POSITION FILLED
I do have some other positions that I would like filled but are not necessary needed. I would like a manager for staff. This person will deal with all the staff problems whether it be conflict, bullying or abuse. The manager role will be under admin. Managers do not deal with the admins they deal with me directly. I will be paying this position as well if the server does alright. (If you are wondering what "alright" means just means that there is a steady income from the server like $75/week) If you wish to Apply for Manager Contact me on discord @13V#9546
Advertising Director:
POSITION FILLED
I would love an advertising director at my disposal. This person will help me show customers the network that has been created. Directors will find YouTubers that have the potential to play on the server and contact them on my behalf. These people are probably the most vital staff member because, if you have no advertising there is no point on having a server. They will find new ways to advertise as well.
