We’re excited to announce that SurvivalState is officially becoming a Minecraft network! After over a year and a half of backend development, we’re rolling out multiple new game modes and expanding our infrastructure in a big way.
With this major growth, we’re opening up staff applications to bring in new, passionate team members who want to help shape the future of the network.
Why Are We Recruiting?
As we shift into a full network—featuring Survival, Creative, Skyblock, Gens, and more modes currently in testing—we’re expecting a large influx of new players.
To maintain a high-quality experience across all game modes, we need a reliable and motivated team who can support players, moderate gameplay, and contribute to the development of the community.
Open Positions
We’re currently looking to fill the following roles:
Helper – First line of support for player questions and issues
Moderator – Enforce rules and maintain server order
Builder – Help design and construct builds across gamemodes
Event Host – Plan and run server-wide events
Content Tester – Test new features, report bugs, and help ensure smooth launches
Requirements
Must be at least 13 years old
Be active, reliable, and able to dedicate time each week
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Understanding of server rules and willingness to enforce them fairly
