I recommend working on your thread because it is very messy and unorganised. People want the best individual to look over their resources for the amount they can pay them for. Since you are working for free I can imagine a lot of people wanting to hire you but they look at your thread and ask themselves "Why should I hire someone who doesn't work enough on their thread". Don't get me wrong you will and are still going to get people adding you. Making the thread look better and organised will gain you more traction in this community.

Thanks, best of luck

100% agree. Work on your thread keep it short and simple but eye appealing at the same time & put in the work and get your name out there. Also it’s organized* ;)

Best of Luck!

Google spelling told me otherwise, I always write "organized"

Hey there, completely agree with Rambler and Solo! <3

I would also like to advise you to get a resume made, this will get people to be interested in projects you have worked on before, most likely resulting in hiring you as Manager. Later on, this will also help you with getting paid jobs.

The fact that all of you just threw all of this in my face! I understand that I don't have a portfolio and things like that but it doesn't make me any different. I am pretty dang good at my job and it's kind of hurtful when you all get on here and post this kind of stuff.

(I dont even know why I said this... therefore, love these suggestions.) - May 2021

that's unprofessional of you to say that, they are giving you tips and i am pretty dang sure they are all good managers. The tips might help you but the fact that you are saying that they are hurting you is pretty messed up. They are trying to help you.

Plus in my opinion, if you were "pretty dang good and professional at your job" you wouldn't have said all those stuff.

In total, they tried helping you not hurting you. They gave you some pretty damn good tips.

When dealing with professionals make sure to have your mind not thinking too much on what you want.
It will most of the time get debunked like hell, that's the work in it sadly.

Just make sure to read through what they say, and read back at your own project. Maybe look at the other threads on how they are doing it always take tips from experts. That's a gold coin to success :)

Thank you guys for all the helpful tips!! Even though it's been quite a few months. Awhile ago when I posted this I wasn't very motivated in MineCraft but I hardly remember anything. I've kind of matured a bit since this. Haha!
