100% agree. Work on your thread keep it short and simple but eye appealing at the same time & put in the work and get your name out there. Also it’s organized*I recommend working on your thread because it is very messy and unorganised. People want the best individual to look over their resources for the amount they can pay them for. Since you are working for free I can imagine a lot of people wanting to hire you but they look at your thread and ask themselves "Why should I hire someone who doesn't work enough on their thread". Don't get me wrong you will and are still going to get people adding you. Making the thread look better and organised will gain you more traction in this community.
Thanks, best of luck

Highly recommend using a different spell check.
Either way, grammarly is put at the top now. I am just dropping a suggestionexcept google's spellcheck is using european english, easier for the other 95% of people to read.
that's unprofessional of you to say that, they are giving you tips and i am pretty dang sure they are all good managers. The tips might help you but the fact that you are saying that they are hurting you is pretty messed up. They are trying to help you.The fact that all of you just threw all of this in my face! I understand that I don't have a portfolio and things like that but it doesn't make me any different. I am pretty dang good at my job and it's kind of hurtful when you all get on here and post this kind of stuff.
