Time Dedication: Depending on how much time I have between school and work, I should be able to put at least a couple hours a day into the server, however, from time to time I may not be able to get on, but I'll do my best to be on when I can.
Have I ever been banned in other servers before: Yes, I've been playing mc for over 6-7 years, when I first started I was extremely toxic and immature, however, I have matured and overgrown that by aging and maturing
What would I do (situation provided): I would re-look into the situation and see if the mute was justified because we all make mistakes, but if the mute was justified I would tell his friend that he would need to just wait out the mute, and I would nicely ask him to not disrespect other players, and that if he has an issue he can always contact my superior
Experience: Yes, I've had experience on a few servers as staff such as MineGrass and a few others. I was either a moderator or Helper (I'm sorry as time passes by, I do forget things) and sadly the servers either shut down. I've dealt with many toxic people and I myself was one in the past. I know how to handle people, and work a majority of commands, and i plan to learn how to code this year, as I am taking Honors Java
Hobbies: Some of the hobbies I have are origami, Fencing, and Violin
Anything Else: I've watched many servers come and go, and I'm trying to look for a new server to call home. I can try my best to recruit new players and I have many friends who play mc. I'm a veteran minecraft player as I have been playing since before 2012, and I've had with many servers such as GTA, Survival, Factions, Skyblock, Prison, Skygrid, ect... so I have experience with different types of servers. I used to play RuneScape, so I understand the whole idea of questing and enjoy the mythical/magic genre. I'm also an Eagle Scout.

Scenario:
It's your first week of performing as staff on the server and you mute a well-known player, and his friend comes on Discord and tells you, you are bad (insert role here) and demands you un-mute his friend, what would you do?
I would warn the player who is fighting for their friend that they are getting themselves into trouble themselves. I happily take criticism so unless they are rude, disrespectful, or breaking any rules I would allow them to continue.
Experience:
I have loads of experience in management, ownership, administrative & moderation.
I've recently managed about 6 servers, many of which are pre-release but with my help they have come a long way.
I've owned; Cmblock Network, TeeDee Network and co-owned several other projects.
Hobbies:
I am very into traveling and weight lifting. I go to the gym several times a week and rejoice at any chance to travel the world.
