I've recently started creating a server, and am in need of help staffing it. I need a few different types of positions filled, one of these positions will be a paid one! Just so this thread isn't too long, I am just going to list the positions, as well as what will be expected of this someone in this position. If you think you would be a good fit for one of these positions, please reply with which one as well as your Discord contact information.
Moderator
This is a position for someone who really enjoys helping others. The prime goal of this position will be to assist the player base in-game, on Discord, and on the Forums.
Builder
This role will be doing the bulk of the building for the server. You would mainly be building mini game maps, but there are some odd projects here and there.
Admin (Build Team) [PAID]
This role will lead the server's Build Team, which is composed of the Builders. This role's purpose isn't so much to build, as to watch over the Builders to ensure they are making the builds correctly. Whoever is in this position must take the time to properly aquatint themselves with the game modes the Build Team is building maps for, so they balance the maps correctly. This position will also need to help create the build team(i.e. finding Builders), as well as be an in between for me and the Build Team.
While most of these are not paid positions, please note that a good incentive for joining the team is that in the future I will most likely need more Admins, and you would be in consideration for the position. This also goes for if an Admin were to resign.
