Hello, we are looking for some staff for our Minecraft Server. At this moment we are only factions but plan to add game modes like Skywars and skyblock and ect. We need a group to be staff on our server for when we go public, also so we can think of unique ideas to do with the server. We already have a few but need more good ideas to make it different and fun.

2. Why should we accept I've been in the Minecraft server business for 3+ years so I know a lot of valuable information. As well as i have contacts and resources that would be very useful to a server such as yours.
3. Tell us about you: I'm a Minecraft vet with 3+ years of experience of building and working on servers. I've watched many servers die and learned many thing from watching them die. You learn so much more from watching servers die than you do from watching them succeed. I've learned how to code java and have even made a few simple plugins, but i am not a practicing dev. I don't really have much to do where i live so i stay at my house and play Minecraft most of the time. I can be fun and crazy when i don't have to be serious, but when i am serious I'm dead serious and don't put up with trouble makers.
4. How can you improve us. I can provide contacts for many things and with 3+ years of experience i know how to build a server up so that it wont dry out and die. I don't actively code plugins but i am more than capable of setting them up and configuring them.
5. Do you have ideas: Yes, i have quite a few ideas, and i even have some custom plugins already made for a few of my ideas.
6. Could you help invest: yea, i probably could, but only if it was worth investing.
7. Could you help get players: Yea i could get you some players, but not too many
8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle: depends on what the situation is. If there's someone else that can deal with it then i get them, if not then I walk away from the situation to calm down and clear my head so that I can go back and properly deal with the situation as to not make rash decisions that will cause even more problems.

Ive been playing minecraft for about 5 years or more and Ive even owned my very own faction server awhile ago but it went down due too lack of donations and other things. Im good at graphic designing and I have a small channel with 300+ subscribers.

4. How can you improve us- I can help improve the server by bringing my experience in moderating servers keep your server safe and toxic free from hackers and other bad things. I can also get in touch with a lot of my friends too help get the server a lot of players and if I ever have a great idea on how to improve the server further then Ill speak it out.

1. Position applying for: I'd like to apply as a community administrator (helps with suggestions, executive decisions, helps staff members do their job correctly). If not, I'll be open to becoming a moderator or helper.

2. Why should we accept: You should accept me because of my experience and interest in staffing. For one, I'm currently a staff member of PrimeMC, a network consisting of a 500-2500 player base (the network has 2 OP Prisons, Factions, OP Factions, 5 Skyblocks, KitPvP, and Creative). I've learned a lot from this position and have now been experienced with new and different situations to tackle, and staff experience in general with commands and work ethics. I'm also a very passionate about my job, and will always work hard and be on frequently for the better of the server. I want to be able to help the server become better through my commitment.

3. Tell us about you: I'm a 13-year-old male that resides in New York, USA. I am involved in Soccer, Lacrosse, and Basketball. I've just recently joined the Academy team for my area for soccer. I play the trumpet and I enjoy Math and Science classes I take as a 7th grader. I come from a healthy, friendly family consisting of my mum, dad, an older sister and a younger brother - I love them a lot!

4. How can you improve us: I can help improve the server by creating documents and formats for the staff team/community to use, and can also help the manager (I've known him for a bit) with staff related tasks and actions. I'm very organized and flexible, allowing me to help others swiftly and with confidence.

Seeming as not all the formats are created on the forums, I'd gladly spend the time to work on those as well.

5. Do you have ideas: I have many ideas that I can bring onto the server, yes.

6. Could you help invest: Unluckily, no.

7. Could you help get players: Yes - at the moment, I'm not experienced with advertising, but I have many contacts on Skype and friends to talk with and ask them to play on the server.

8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle: As an administrator, hopefully I'd be able to handle most problems. If not, I'd calm the situation and contact a higher executive to deal with the situation.
