Hello, we are looking for some staff for our Minecraft Server. At this moment we are only factions but plan to add game modes like Skywars and skyblock and ect. We need a group to be staff on our server for when we go public, also so we can think of unique ideas to do with the server. We already have a few but need more good ideas to make it different and fun.

Your forums look really good, improvements could be made though. Your Logo is bright, colourful and overall to perfection. Advertisement is something you should really focus on, once you have this your server will be heading to a success.

I know that you guys are looking for helpers now so, I am therefore applying for the helper position and I wish good luck to anyone else applying for the position.
2. Why should we accept
The reasons why you should accept are, first of all, I have previously been on a staff team. I was Head-Moderator on a network called XeX-Network(currently down, look it up on YouTube). Another reason why I should be accepted is because I don't simply ban someone because they look as if they're hacking, I take my time to be sure if they're hacking. One more reason is that I am familiar with severities and in what case someone should get banned and muted. The final reason is that I am a very responsible and respectful towards others. I know how I want to be treated so, I decide to treat others the same way.
3. Tell us about you
I'm an average kid that loves to draw, play sports and play video games. I think that it's a bit evident but my favorite is Minecraft and I have been playing for 4 years. My favorite thing is PvP and I love Factions and Skywars.
4. How can you improve us
I can improve your server by increasing the amount of players, helping the server's funds and holding an equality between fun and fair. By saying fun and fair, I mean that the server will be fun be no one will be too overpowered. In the past, I have seen staff members giving out overpowered things to people that make the game unfair for most. And, I think that can greatly impact how much the average newcomer plays. There's only a certain amount of time before the most overpowered faction raids them. Another thing that I can help with is keep hackers off the server, now I know that their will always be hackers but, I will make sure that they don't stay on the server for long. I can find out if someone's using x-ray by placing diamonds somewhere near the player, and if they're using x-ray then they will most likely go for the diamonds. I don't really need to into detail on bhoppers and kill aura probably because those are the most blatant, also phasing and anti-knockback.
5. Do you have ideas
My first idea will be to have ranks that are paid that can give you kits or money but are only slightly giving the player an advantage. Another idea would be to add skywars or maybe skyblock.
6. Could you help invest
I do have money so, I could donate to the server and help fund the server to keep the server healthy and up and running.
7. Could you help get players
Several of my friends also play Minecraft and I could get them to join, also I could advertise on different sites that allow it.
8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle
This is very true, their are some times where you cannot handle the situation and are struggling to realize how to solve the problem. What I would do in this case, would be to wait and ask for help from another staff member that is more experienced and usually they have an answer.
Extra Information:
I have Skype, Discord and TeamSpeak if any if need and I'm active on those platforms most of the time. And, I can play at least an hour per day.

2. What can I bring to the staff team? Their are several important things that I can bring to the staff team. The first thing that I could bring is control and leadership, I will make sure the the hackers are banned and the spammers are muted with correct punishment. I will make sure the server is player-friendly to anyone of any age. I will try to keep the server under control and resolve the community's problems such as maybe disrespect between players. The next thing that I could bring to the server is cleanliness and organization to the server.
I can make sure all reports processed and taken care of and make sure the punishments are fair and not over the top which is a big needed role in a staff member. The last thing that I could bring to the server is fun and fair-play, by making sure people are having fun on the server and forums, and if not, why? And I say fair-play meaning that their will be nothing that makes the game "overpowered" towards a player. I also say fair-play as in the hackers, maybe they're X-ray hacking or flight, even kill aura, I will watch the players closely to catch every hacker. This is what, I myself can bring if ever a part of the staff team.

3. Tell us about you... I am 12, I go to school and I am very active if I don't have english homework. I am brothers with accept staff member Bryce. I get home at 4 pm eastern time and can play for 2 hours normally. We share a computer to PvP by if we are just checking players we have 2 computers to use.

4. How can you improve us? I can bring more staffing so that if any hackers are trying to mess up, I will be there to stop it! I can also help building if ever needed.

5. Do you have ideas? Yes I do, I am pretty creative if I may say so myself so I can help get more members to the community. I can also get ideas for new games and things to add. I have an eye for design

6. Could you help invest? I am very poor but I could by something off buycraft if I feel like having another rank.

7. Could you help get players? Yes I could by advertise the server on websites and my friends play a lot so you could gain off them.

8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle? I would get Bryce on first thing, if that can't control the situation I would talk in the Skype and see if any Higher ranked members can deal with what's going on, if not then I will take screenshots for proof and start muting if anything gets very bad.

There are multiple reasons as to why you should accept me into the staff team. One being I am compassionate, mature, kind and professional to any player. Even if it may seem they are the most toxic player you can find, I will treat them reasonably. I do not abuse commands or permissions, I understand that in order to promote a successful server, you must have a successful staff team. I have previous helper experience on Minecraft Central, and during this time, the most valuable thing I learned was how to screenshare properly. I can find most clients. Regular clients, Injectables, Ghosts, you name it. I have incredible hack detection skills, and can detect killaura/ aimbot even if it was turned down to a low level. I will assure that I will keep active on the forums and in-game as well as the forums/reports, to ensure the best player experience.

Well Im just an average kid I guess, I'm a high school student who's favorite subjects are Art, Science, English and Math. I started playing minecraft since I was 12 years old, and I personally love the game. I just enjoy how it's a variety of game genres rolled into one awesome game. Adventure, creativity and melee. I usually play for 1-2 hours per day, but usually more on weekends.

How can you improve us?
If I do get promoted to a higher staff rank, I hope to improve the application process to ensure that only the very best candidates get accepted. I also have a variety of creative ideas that could help improve the server and draw players, as well as bring profit. I have skills in adobe illustrator and photoshop as well, so I can make a variety of things that can help advertise the server.

In fact, I have a variety of ideas that will definitely help the server.
1. Starting a media team that will work on advertising the server and creating artwork
2. A screen sharing bootcamp! A bootcamp that will show staff members how to properly
screen share a player.
3. An staff entry exam. An exam that will be given to candidates before they get promoted to ensure they understand the rules and guidelines.

If I was presented with a situation that I could not handle, I would contact a higher staff member seeking assistance or advice. And taking note of it in case I ever have to deal with the same situation again.

2. Why should we accept: I have a vast knowledge of punishment commands and have almost a year of PvP experience. I have an vast knowledge of Forums and can hopefully bring fame to the server through spreading the word and such.
3. Tell us about you: I'm 14 and I'm currently in my soccer teams offseason and love to PvP and go on forums I also play minecraft for about 1-4 hours a day on a daily basis
4. How can you improve us: Providing Punishments and spreading the word of the server to get the server known and start to grow
5. Do you have ideas: Yes. I suggest putting most of the revenue into Advertising and Development because those are the key features of running a successful server
6. Could you help invest: Yes, I Buy and Sell OG-MC accounts and can put money to the server after each transaction.
