Hello, we are looking for some staff for our Minecraft Server. At this moment we are only factions but plan to add game modes like Skywars and skyblock and ect. We need a group to be staff on our server for when we go public, also so we can think of unique ideas to do with the server. We already have a few but need more good ideas to make it different and fun.

The fact that you're "Very mature" is funny, first and foremost I cannot simply count how many times you've applied for staff on random threads. Are you power hungry? Second off, let's talk about your past jobs, one including LemonCloud which I understand the past is the past but you've lied constantly about your age and as well as other stuff. I do not want to be a buzzkill here, but I don't feel as if you should be an Administrator on any server, due to your immaturity. Though you may have changed, it still doesn't mean you're a right fit within an Administration team. My opinion here.

He may have messed up in the past. I think I will give him a chance and see how it all goes. The past is the past. Thanks for the help.

Tell us about you » Iam moow Currently 15 years Turning 16 soon Ive been an Staff member on alot of servers from Small playerbases to Bigger one's ive been playing minecraft from 2013 in my 3 year minecraft life i did alot of things helping out Developing servers helping People etc. I play soccer also and love to help People i love Being an Staff member its Just an Awesome feeling to help People to be Someone they can look to and think in there self Iam gona be Nice and i wana be friends respecting players is The key to succes ~ moow

2. Why should we accept: I am a dedicated, hard working, trustworthy, and experienced. I have every motive to help your server grow to it's full potential. I would like to assist you in moderation, staff management, community management, your forums, and plugins.
3. Tell us about you: I am a 13 year old boy in the USA. I enjoy gaming, computer hardware, and minecraft servers. I currently take high school courses and am in Spanish 2.
4. How can you improve us: I have lots of experience in the moderation, plugin, and staff management front. As well as XenForo, Enjin, and MyBB. I can help you with advertising and keeping a clean environment on your server.
5. Do you have ideas: I do, and I will share one now. I think a Factions server and a Kits/Practice server is ideal, as they are both in high demand and easy to link together.
6. Could you help invest: Sadly I cannot, but I will provide my private server to test plugins on.
7. Could you help get players: I can! I can assist with social media & voting (minecraft server lists). I will spread a trailer to be reuploaded as well.
8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle: I would first calm the situation so nothing server threatening would happen. I would then proceed to contact my superiors to handle the situation. I beleive in calm and professional decision making, and will support that.
