Hello, we are looking for some staff for our Minecraft Server. At this moment we are only factions but plan to add game modes like Skywars and skyblock and ect. We need a group to be staff on our server for when we go public, also so we can think of unique ideas to do with the server. We already have a few but need more good ideas to make it different and fun.

2. Why should we accept: I have a vast knowledge of punishment commands and have almost a year of PvP experience. I have an vast knowledge of Forums and can hopefully bring fame to the server through spreading the word and such.
3. Tell us about you: I'm 14 and I'm currently in my soccer teams offseason and love to PvP and go on forums :) I also play minecraft for about 1-4 hours a day on a daily basis
4. How can you improve us: Providing Punishments and spreading the word of the server to get the server known and start to grow :)
5. Do you have ideas: Yes. I suggest putting most of the revenue into Advertising and Development because those are the key features of running a successful server
6. Could you help invest: Yes, I Buy and Sell OG-MC accounts and can put money to the server after each transaction.
7. Could you help get players: Yes, I know a vast amount of MC players from numerous servers.
8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle: If I was put into a situation I couldn’t handle I would inform higher staff and do the best of my ability to control the problem until it is solved.

This server is screwed up. Mods false banned me for xray when I saw lava on the floor because of i placed it and world guard kept it placed.[DOUBLEPOST=1479768771][/DOUBLEPOST]im going to go ahead and DeVouch -1 for the owner and staff of this server. Horrible staff horribly ran server.

Would your server need any small texts written by chance (vote site descriptions, lore for special items etc.)? If so, please let me know by tagging me in a post and I'd be happy to offer my services :)
Only reason I ask people is if they seem professional, and you guys seem to be just that.

2. Why should we accept: You should accept me because I have prior experience as administrator of a server here in Chile with a base of 80 players approximately, the server was Survival. Also of another in Spain in where I was Moderator, then spent to administering, this server also was Survival with a base of 80 players approximately. These two servers no longer exist, so I'm looking for another server that help, that he had stopped playing.
3. Tell us about you:I am 18 years old, I was born in Belgium but 8 years ago I live in Chile. In my life I have always been interested in the games, I was playing League of Legends, Counter-Strike, and many others. Good perhaps wonder: Why do I live in Chile? The truth is that my parents brought me to live here since I came at the age of 10, it could not do anything haha, in addition to that my family is "distributed" in several part of the world, for example my brother at present lives in Canada. I speak fluent Spanish and English. Also I have a knowledge on French.
4. How can you improve us: Well, I think that I might help the server "to expand", since as I speak fluent Spanish he might invite / help the users who speak this language. The truth I adapt myself very quickly and if there is something that I do not know and learn it also quickly. I have very flexible schedules for what it is needed, more now that we will go out of holidays here in Chile.
5. Do you have ideas: The truth, now none. But I am usually very creative at the moment of having inspiration.
6. Could you help invest: Whenever I could and have money.
7. Could you help get players: Yes, I know several pages in which could put the server so that more people between, in addition I know several people who could show the server. (All of these speak spanish)
8. What would you do in a situation you couldn't handle: Very well, I believe that I am capable of handling many situations, but in case I could not, it would try to take the control and contact with higher executive.
