OblivionPvP is a network dedicated to the player, making the greatness of Factions become a reality, and having a blast doing it. We're here today because of one important reason: to become the best of the best, we need good staff members. We need to recruit.

You should choose us for two reasons: dedication, and quality. OblivionPvP is not just another Faction server, we're doing it right; we need you to help us with that. We're totally dedicated to the player and staff member alike, making sure everything runs smoothly, and efficiently in the back-end, while our players are having the time of their lives. As a staff member of a server, you're going to help us with that vision.
How you can apply
You can apply on our forums @ http://oblivionpvpweb.enjin.com/ . Step one to making an Application is asking yourself three questions: 1. Am I able to devote time to the Network? 2. Am I confident in my abilities to be a staff member? 3. Am I ready to handle constant criticism, no matter what I do?
Once you've answered all three questions, step two is to make an application. Make an account on the OblivionPvP forums, and make sure you read the staff application format and fill in everything that it requires you to do. MAKE A NEW POST. Be sure to add lots of detail so we know that you're committed AND USE THE FORMAT. (Hint: The more detail you add, the higher of a chance you have to be accepted).
Step three is waiting for a response. Members of the forums will likely ask you questions and give you lots of feedback on your application, usually consisting of a -1, a +1, or a neutral. We advise you to take all feedback very seriously.
