What experience have you had?: i was a staff member on another server but i left because they were swearing and are inappropriate
Are you a trusted member?: i think im a trusted member but it really is if you think im a trusted member. i have been playing minecraft for 4 years
Why do you feel as if you can make this server better for our community?: because I really wanna help people that are new and invest into their lives because I remember when I first started playing some server’s people helped me and that really impacted how I thought of the server and that it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner. I wanna ban hackers, that has been another one of my dreams to catch hackers and ban them.
Would you take full responsibility for your actions and learn from your future mistakes?: yes i would take full responsibility for my actions and i would i would learn because everyone has room for more learning ( i think xD )

What experience have you had?:
ProMc Games - Spent a good amount of time on the server (roughly over 100 hours of playtime). First became a Helper then proceeded into the Moderator rank. Joined promotion/demotion team, covering all applicants and voted to promote/decline and promoted/demoted staff. Over 100+ bans, 100+ kicks and 100+ mutes.

Resigned after 7 months.
If anything this is really the best experience to mention since its really my first network I became apart of, the server evolved from the kermit youtube fanbase (The PondMC) as well but I have been a long member of its community before then. Of course I have been affiliated with other servers that carried roughly around 30-40 players. However those either shutdown, or broke up.
Are you a trusted member?:
I believe what makes a great staff member and trusted is their passion to be one. I have a lot of past experience that makes me best suit for this job, but anyone could say that and have that experience. I personally love interacting with new people, opening a community and sharing myself with others. The power as a staff member that I enjoy the most is being the one who gets to create fun for the players, I am very social and easy to know as a person. I am an open staff member with the community but I will do my job like everyone else's. I don't copy other staff members (after the helper position) because I like to use my own style to make myself stand out as a unique staff member. Being staff is a job anyone can do but it matters how much passion someone has for it. The power of a staff member requires its passion as much as it requires trust. I believe that I have no ulterior motive of becoming a staff member other than enjoying and contributing towards the server.
Why do you feel as if you can make this server better for our community?:
There are a lot to offer to many servers and make it better, I will list future cases on what I can offer. What is most important into improving a server is what type of person you are. I will use some 'smarts' to list examples. Creative and optimistic people gives many ideas to the server to improve on fun and artistic aspects of the game, an analytic and smart person will give organized ideas in a fashioned manor to list the ones greatest - weakest, pros and cons to give the best out come.
I am a Creative and an Analytical Person
I supply ideas on a daily basis no matter how good or bad they are. Optimism is the way I go to be creative with my ideas. The smallest ideas make the biggest difference sometimes, common ideas vs unique ideas are of course different on many levels. First step is I go listing what we have vs what we need. For example if prison cells are full by everyone, donor cells can be implemented to create more space and give contributions to the server. My analytical side organizes the ideas through pros and cons, organized from greatest to least to give a better contribution on its enjoyment. My creative side will go through as I play on the server to imagine what can make it even greater and intriguing towards the players.
I can supply contacts of people we need -
A small detail I'll mention is that I am able to get people we need to improve our server, for example graphic artists, animators, dev's. Even though you guys seem to be perfectly fine, I have a lot of contacts that can go through a easy budget of your choice and gets the job done. I myself can also provide building skills and config skills other than that I am all what I say.
