I don't remember this being a thread where people were talking about how good they are. What we are saying is that some people go to youtube, take a tutorial and then all the sudden decide they get to sell art. Instead of learning and creating there own stuff. A lot of us find that to be irritating.

I am a certified Adobe partner and associate. Also got certified in Illustrator and Photoshop. Can I call myself a graphic designer?
I've been repeating this for so many times. Usually, these "art" they give out are extremely cheap or for a vouch copy. Now, the customers are required to vouch and the comments are positive which makes the person designing it have a mindset that he's actually doing a good job and not because he's giving them out for free or cheap. Thus, they can't be bothered to explore new ways to improve themselves. As Cal has mentioned, these people only flourish because of their extremely cheap prices.[DOUBLEPOST=1517109947][/DOUBLEPOST]
Depends what you're certified for, if you're certified in making perfect circles I'd say your a designer.
No client is required to write a positive comment if the "art" isn't actually "art". Plus, I have taken VC only twice during my time at Mc-Market and the first time I decided to not give a vouch/reputation or even write a comment as the product they delivered wasn't
satisfying. What you are saying is that even though you have 85 positive vouches you are bad artists because you have 1 negative.
