Suggestion for Discord and BuiltByBit Ticket System Integration

Hello BuiltByBit Team,

I have a suggestion that could enhance the user experience. When users link their Discord accounts with their BuiltByBit accounts, it would be fantastic to see their open tickets directly in the Discord server using the discord bot.

Additionally, it would be helpful if users could respond to tickets in the ticket channel on the server, with those responses automatically appearing on the website as well. This would greatly simplify the communication process and allow users to manage their tickets conveniently from Discord.

When it comes to tickets, we need to keep tickets entirely onsite for documentation purposes if we need to recall those tickets potentially years down the line.
