Support Staff, Discord Bot Developer, Backend WHMCS Designer - Upcoming hosting service.

Hi there,

I'm Shadow, I own an upcoming project known as Hex Host, an alternative, affordable hosting solution to bring powerful servers at great prices.

We have a few gaps in the project currently and those are:
Discord Support Staff
Custom Discord Bot Developer
WHMCS Designer


We are currently looking for Discord support staff to help out a couple of hours a week helping potential customers with questions and first-line issues. The Discord support role is an unpaid role for now but will become paid as the project scales.

You will need to understand the Pterodactyl panel and also get to grips with an upcoming panel known as WISP. You must have a good understanding of common server issues and how to replicate and fix them. Support staff will know how to use FTPs, know basic networking troubleshooting, know how to install, configure and maintain various plugins and understand how ports work, as well speak kindly and in a welcome manner to customers.

Requirements for Support Role:

• Must be 17 or older.
• Have previous experience working with customers and resolving basic Minecraft and networking issues.
• Be willing to dedicate 2-3 hours a week into answering tickets, interacting in the Discord and helping out with technical issues.
• Understand this is not currently a paid role, but will be in the coming months.

Hex Host is also looking for a custom Discord bot developer. The project seems to be quite large and this is obviously a paid project. The budget for this Discord bot is up to £120, perhaps more dependant on how much work needs to be done for this Discord bot. I'm more than happy to talk through the features and such in DMs and things, please add me on Discord (id at the bottom of this post) for more info.

Requirements for Bot Developer role:

• Must be 17 or older.
• Have extensive knowledge in Discord bot management, maintenance and development.
• Have a good understanding of WHMCS and its hooks.

We are also looking to overhaul our WHMCS template, making something that looks much better than the current one and something that fits the overall theme of the website. We're looking for someone to come onto the team as a backend designer to create a WHMCS theme. This, of course, would also be a paid role, but I will admit I am no designer myself so I do not know what is a reasonable figure for this and I am happy to discuss payment figures.

Requirements for WHMCS Designer role:

• Must be 17 or older.
• Must know the WHMCS module well
• Have past design experience with WHMCS theming
