Hey guys, I'm Shaun - Director at Syncore. I just wanted to give some more information about this position.

Before that, I'll give you some information about Syncore. We're a web design firm that specializes in creating static websites for businesses and private clients alike. We use a special philosophy called the JAMStack, basically a JavaScript-centric approach to developing websites that are extremely fast and highly optimized. Our goal at Syncore is to bring new design trends to mainstream websites.

So we're looking for a project manager, basically someone who will manage our projects, get in touch with potential clients/leads, schedule tasks, and make sure everything is running smoothly. The above thread is the idealized outline for the position, however since Syncore is still very much in development, there will be some additional responsibilities. Primarily, the project manager will help me out finish up our internal documentation, this means writing up handbooks, procedures, etc. that define the everyday errands, practices, etc. that are ran at Syncore. Another emphasis is contacting leads, the project manager will also be responsible for getting Syncore commissions (you're essentially Syncore's lead sales representative).

The pay for this position is $13/hr though right now you're most likely going to be working 2-5 hours per week. You're hired as an independent contractor so you can continue to freelance on the side, we don't take up too much of your time.

That's pretty much all I wanted to add, if you guys have any questions please feel free to reply to this thread as someone else may also have your question and I get the opportunity to clarify things better.

Good luck!

I'd apply but I'm not wanting to sign anything. If you're interested, we can talk more on discord (Lexxonist#3660). Here's my resume which also has contact details, https://lexxonist.me/resume. I have some knowledge of HTML and PHP. Thank you.

Signing both an NDA and an ICA are required to join Syncore, I unfortunately will have to reject your application in this case.

Finding it difficult to click the 'Apply' button on your website. Might want to fix that first.
MacBook Pro 13inch if that helps.

I'm guessing out of all the applicants none of them pleased you if you are still searching?

Not necessarily, we are going to be handing out interview opportunities next Friday, for now we are wanting to get a large pool of applicants with diverse skillsets and experiences to allow us to find the most suitable person for this position.
