Syphlex Staff Recruitment (Season 1)

Hello! ​

We are currently looking for staff on Syphlex.net, a Minecraft Kit PVP server. Kit PvP Experience​

Syphlex.net is a casual Kit PvP server with little to no twist. Players can earn and "x" amount of in-game currency killing other players in epic battles. Players can spend this money at the in-game shop. To get to the shop do /shop. At the shop you can buy different gear and enchantments. Players can use their money to bounty other players. Players can store items, such as food and gear in ender chest located at spawn and other warps. Players can also store items in their vault. Players can access their vault by doing /pv (vault #). Our community is active and can be very fun. It can be a very exciting experience!

EVENTS​

We have a bunch of events for players to enjoy! These events include Red Rover, Water Drop, Team Death Match, One In the Chamber, Last Man Standing, King of the Hill, and Race of Death. We have custom maps for every amazing event! Events can only be hosted by donators and staff members, but non-donators have a chance to win an event host via crates

Crates and Votes​

Players can vote using /vote in game. Players that vote will receive vote keys that open vote crates. Vote crates have a plethora of items in them. Some items are harder to get that others, for example you have a way higher chance to receive kit lord than actually getting the rank, but it is possible to get Lord rank in vote crates. Players can also buy other crate keys that work for their specific crate. Our crates include seasonal, Syphlex, vote, and event. A very cool thing you can win from every crate are player warps.

Player warps​

Players can buy or win time to build player warps. Player warps allow players to build whatever they want in a giant glass box. Once approved player warps can be visited by other players by using the command /pw.

Staff Requirement List
You must be 12 Years or older
We would prefer staff that have a microphone
We would prefer staff that can record
We require at least 5 hours of playtime
You can not have more than 5 punishments in the past 3 months
You can not have applied in the past 2 weeks
You have to have joined at least 2 weeks before applying
You must be somewhat familiar with the staffteam
You must be able to speak English

I don't think 12 year old's are mature enough to staff for servers. That's just IMO.
I think you should increase that age. Good luck

Just gonna add onto this, in discord ToS you must be 13+ to use discord. So he pretty much has to.
