Regardless if it's at its peak, how long will that peak be able to be maintained? Measures that other huge, very successful and quickly growing forums are taking are not only increasing its user base, but also keeping more users on the site since there's less scams, more organization and more.

I genuinely enjoy the feedback from you. So far this is the first person that has pointed out problems, as well as a solution to fix them as well which is nice to see.

While I do feel that the "Youtuber" aspect for advertising would be very interesting to have done, I also see some flaws. While yes, a re-brand would need to be done to appeal to more "youtubers" I also feel that it would be slightly against a youtubers "morals" to advertise a site such as our due to scamming being a thing on here. Most youtubers are not going to want to advertise our site with scamming being relevant to the site. Yes this is something we can't control however it may deter some youtubers, and in turn users.

I am not sure I can say this, however we have talked about re-branding but not much has been said on the topic.

As for more staff, yes and no. Do we need more staff? At this point no. And the main reason why I say that is because as you said, we are "Slowing down" which means there isn't a huge need for more staff just yet. Now, if we were to go with your idea on advertising (Whether it be SEO, or youtubers) we would need to up scale the staff team without a doubt however right now wouldn't be the time until advertising was to start happening. On wars with the staff suggestion, do I feel we need another admin? Yes, I honestly do. However, as you can see it's hard enough to get a chat mod on the team, let alone an admin. And, especially an admin like Justis. You can't beat him.

However, I do hope that Mick and Justis decided to entertain some of the feedback you have given, as it's more so a suggestion/helpful solutions to ongoing problems, rather than complaining and whining about issues with the site, which are only being made due to the issues that a single user tends to be having which is understandable of course. Everyone has the right to complain and point out flaws, but they also do not give the solutions in a respectful nor proper manner such as how you did. Nonetheless, love the feedback and I hope some of these ideas are certainly looked into!

Some Youtubers I can agree wouldn't at all step close to the site, but I can see some Youtubers doing it, given all games even Fortnite contain scammers, and a lot of them, but they still advertise them.
You just gotta be smart, but I love the feedback on all the aspects, hope some of these suggestions get put into consideration.

A lot of the issue comes down to will paying them (X) amount of dollars, pay out in the long run however.

Another issue would be them promoting a marketplace that sells accounts. They would (presumably) get lots of hate.

Given you can show past statistics of sales on this market, they would easily accept.

I think they have plenty of staff for that, but they're working against a backup on top of the oncoming reports. What they need is people to work on top of the current backlog.

How I see marketing fit is to make a large plan, and start hiring Youtubers to record, and partner with this project.
This means Youtubers of ALL kinds to join this market, and record stating to join if they want to make business deals, and be apart of a large community.

Now I'm speaking in Generalizations here, but I would definitely define the MCM userbase as one more interested in quality of content, and character than that of competing Minecraft Forums. Introducing a wave of users, not so interested in the specific niche this forum is carved out for will surely degrade the overall quality of the userbase on the platform. Leading to a degradation in quality of the users on the site from the average user perspective.

I believe they should re-market this entire website, with a new domain, logo, and overall brand. Why I say this, is because then you can appeal to a broader audience, as well as a broader YOUTUBE/SOCIAL MEDIA audience.

I get what you're trying to do, but your going about it all wrong. MC-Market grew because it did a good job at appealing to the niche, not because of marketing schemes, what they really need to do is put a little more effort in supporting the whales of the site, instead of the majority.

A few months ago Mick got a girlfriend, and as of recently, Mick has been much more inactive. His attention is distracted, splitting his mind too many ways. So this isn't a fully rounded out plan, but my conspiracy theory is that whenever Mick's relationship draws to a close, the sites problems will relatively quickly start disappearing. So crazy idea? Mick needs to break up with his girlfriend.

and what I mean by throwing out the niche is EXPANDING More, you can keep Minecraft, but expanding to all aspects of markets, so you can be a bigger name, meaning more sales, and more of a platform to do things on.
