I genuinely enjoy the feedback from you. So far this is the first person that has pointed out problems, as well as a solution to fix them as well which is nice to see.

While I do feel that the "Youtuber" aspect for advertising would be very interesting to have done, I also see some flaws. While yes, a re-brand would need to be done to appeal to more "youtubers" I also feel that it would be slightly against a youtubers "morals" to advertise a site such as our due to scamming being a thing on here. Most youtubers are not going to want to advertise our site with scamming being relevant to the site. Yes this is something we can't control however it may deter some youtubers, and in turn users.

I am not sure I can say this, however we have talked about re-branding but not much has been said on the topic.

As for more staff, yes and no. Do we need more staff? At this point no. And the main reason why I say that is because as you said, we are "Slowing down" which means there isn't a huge need for more staff just yet. Now, if we were to go with your idea on advertising (Whether it be SEO, or youtubers) we would need to up scale the staff team without a doubt however right now wouldn't be the time until advertising was to start happening. On wars with the staff suggestion, do I feel we need another admin? Yes, I honestly do. However, as you can see it's hard enough to get a chat mod on the team, let alone an admin. And, especially an admin like Justis. You can't beat him.

However, I do hope that Mick and Justis decided to entertain some of the feedback you have given, as it's more so a suggestion/helpful solutions to ongoing problems, rather than complaining and whining about issues with the site, which are only being made due to the issues that a single user tends to be having which is understandable of course. Everyone has the right to complain and point out flaws, but they also do not give the solutions in a respectful nor proper manner such as how you did. Nonetheless, love the feedback and I hope some of these ideas are certainly looked into!

Why is it okay to be slowing down? Is the aim to slow down and keep same staff members? That should not be the case, it should be growing and expanding; meanwhile finding members with a strong leadership heading them to a role of assisting with mc-markets roles. I also do believe this market needs a new look; instead of bland Minecraft. New branding is the go.

Also, half the website is ban evading. Really, a solution to a lot of these problems is to have a staff application open every month or so, like they've done in the past, to make sure that they are able to find capable applicants to handle scam reports, evaders, etc.

Another Thing with it's decline is the decline with the minecraft game it's self, you have to consider with the announcement of hytale and this being "MC-Martet - Minecraft-Market" and not "Hy-Market" if that were to become something of the sort it could maybe surpass mcm or nearly reach its size due to the "hype" of the hytale game.

Having a more broader audience like Gaming-Market or something would be better.
