Hello everybody, a lot of you don't know me. Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Matthew, although I do prefer the name Matt, I am from the United Kingdom, I am 20 years old, my real life job is selling cars! Oh, and I'm currently in the progress of crafting an almost perfect Factions server.
Payments (Part 1)
To cut a long story short, I need staff. I don't want people rushing this post as an attempt to get my money either, so if you're only in it to be paid straight away, click that little button on the top left, it's waiting for you.
Let's get down to business.
Agenda
I require a very limited, amount of staff members to help me maintain the server when I am not around. I have spent countless hours and I have spent a rather vast amount of money on the server, I will not allow the server to be ran by children, or that be un-experienced, ill mannered individuals. I need people who are willing to put some real work into it, and to show me that they are able to do the job properly.
I currently have two developers, I also have three builders. The only thing missing in the puzzle is staff.
The open positions are the following:
1x Manager
1x Admin
2x Moderator
2x Helper

All positions from Moderator and above will be paid. If you are interested in what exactly the weekly payments are, please contact me privately.
BUT
There is a STRICT probation period for new staff members. The probation period will last for a total of 1 month and under no circumstances will be lifted early, this probation period can be extended if necessary.
"WhY a PrObAtIoN?" - This is to wire out the people who actually have a passion to be involved within the community and show their loyalty & skills firsthand before being paid. As mentioned earlier, I don't want money goblins crawling over my bank account.
