I am looking for someone who can create the same spawner xp tier system plugin as TheArchon (pvp.thearchon.net) has on there factions server an give me a rough estimate on the price for that!?

Say you place down a blaze spawner it starts off at Tier 1 and spawn about 2-5 blazes every minute then you would shift and click it to bring up a upgrade GUI which you can use xp to upgrade to different tiers 1 - 6. Check out there server if u want to know abit more in depth information!

I've made that kind of plugin only thing is its for 1.7 only
