ABOUT THE SERVER
TheBridge is an upcoming network releasing on the 11th of April 2020 and will consist of highly customized Skyblock and Factions, to begin with. We have many exclusive features to keep the players entertained and to keep the server as enjoyable as we can! AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
At TheBridge, we have a different staff hierarchy than most of the other servers out there. To put it simply, the selection process is quite harsh, but in the end, we put more trust in our new staff members, as they come out more deserving and more qualified to take on the mantle of being staff on our server.
Please note that all staff ranks apart for Admin and Senior Admin are server-based, which means that you will be applying for staff on a specific server. If you are applying for Admin or Senior Admin, you will need experience in both gamemodes to be eligible to apply.
At this moment, the following staff positions available and their requirements are:
Senior ADMIN and ADMIN (Global)
About: For this position, you will be given the task of assisting the managers in completing their tasks and regular administrative duties as well as keeping in check the staff members below you.
Requirements:
- 1 year of staffing experience or more on previous servers of a playerbase of 50+ (we will need extensive staff resumes for these positions)
- Having around 2 - 3 daily hours of time to devote to administrative duties
- 16 years of age or more (exceptions might be made on *very rare* occasions)
- A working microphone of good quality (we will be conducting an interview for all positions)
Senior MODERATOR and MODERATOR (Factions and Skyblock)
About: For this position, your work will primarily revolve around the well-being of the server, preventing any form of rule-breaking on the server and keeping in check on the training of Junior Moderators. Senior Moderators will also be asked to help the admins and senior admins in their regular administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 4 months of staffing experience or more on previous servers of a playerbase of 50+ (having a portfolio is highly recommended but not mandatory)
- Having around 3 to 4 daily hours of time to devote to server moderation
- 14 years of age or more (exceptions might be made on *very rare* occasions)
- A working microphone of decent quality (as mentioned before, we will be conducting an interview for all positions)
Junior MODERATOR (Factions and Skyblock)
About: For this position, you are considered a trial staff member. This is essentially a "validation" role where you will be given approximately the same permissions and roles as moderators to see if you have what it takes to be a staff member on TheBridge.
Requirements:
- Previous staffing experiences are not mandatory to join TheBridge as a Junior Moderator but are more likely to secure you a spot on our team.
- Having around 2 to 3 daily hours of time to devote to server moderation duties, as well as 1 hour of time to devote to your training.
- 14 years of age or more (exceptions will not be made as we are looking for mature people, especially if they are to begin without experience)
- A working microphone of decent quality (as said above time and again, interviews will be conducted to verify your eligibility to apply to each position.
As you can see, the requirements for each staff position are quite specific. All requirements must be met to be eligible for the staff position you are applying to, as no exceptions will be made unless deemed necessary.
