Discord Server Management Experience
I began my journey as a trial moderator on a Discord server with over 2,500 members back in 2019, a role I held until August 2020 due to personal commitments, with a brief return afterward. During my time there, I was responsible for moderating chats and voice channels, enforcing community standards through warnings and mutes, and participating in the recruitment and training of new moderators.
Staff Management at Nexolity
Following this, I took on a role as Staff Recruitment Manager at Nexolity, where I led the recruitment team, streamlined application processes, and conducted interviews to ensure compliance with recruitment policies. I also managed the mentoring of new staff to ensure they received the necessary training and support during their initial months with us.
Server Ownership and Plugin Development
My involvement in server ownership and Java plugin development further honed my skills in community engagement and server administration, providing me with deep insights into the technical and managerial aspects of running a server.
Prison Server Contributions
Additionally, I have been actively involved in managing two prison servers, where I played a key role in community engagement and administrative duties, further enriching my server management expertise.
Current Objectives
I am currently seeking opportunities to apply my skills in a new setting, eager to contribute to and learn from another management team. While compensation is not my main priority, my primary goal is to continue developing my skills and contributing meaningfully to a team.
