Timed Class Announcer

I run a small School Roleplay server and I've been trying my hardest to find a plugin that I can use to announce what class is going on at a certain time. Most time based plugins I've found are based on a player joining and not on the server time itself.

I have 10 classes, interval periods in between classes, and after school time. If there are any plugins that can help me broadcast these at certain times in game, let me know.
If someone can make a plugin that I could use in this way and announce it, please contact me. I'm willing to spend up to $10 USD but I'd prefer not to spend that much if possible.

Choose a timed announcer plugin, make it sync with your class times and make it cycle through. Very unique server idea though.
