TitansCraft is looking for staff!

Hello everyone!

The TitansCraft server is looking for mature, active and professional staff members, specifically Trainees!
A little bit about the server first. TitansCraft is a Minecraft server with many gamemodes, including Factions, SkyBlock, Survival, and more! It is a very large server with 1500 members on the discord server alone, and hundreds of players expected on the highly anticipated launch in the next month!

With that, we need as many high-quality staff members as possible to be ready for our launch. If you believe that you have what it takes to be a member of the TitansCraft staff team, then go ahead and reply to the following four questions!

1. Why would you consider yourself a high-quality candidate for the TitansCraft staff team?

2. Why do you want to apply for the staff team?

3. What past experience do you have moderating online communities? What have you learned from that experience?

4. Do you have a working microphone, and are able to be on a voice interview?

If you are a developer interested in a developer position, please reference this post below. Although we are no longer actively hiring for our paid positions, we are looking for a couple more qualified (volunteer) junior developers. We do tend to hire within our team first and foremost, so it's an excellent way to open yourself up to future paid opportunities. For our paid jobs, we offer very competitive pay rates as well.

Devouch, this server chargebacked on me, midway of a build.

I'm sorry to hear that. The team you were apart of probably didn't complete the builds for us as requested. Therefore we were entitled to a refund. We had two build teams before we hired Senior Team, so I'm assuming you were from Elagon. The organization you were apart of also had abysmal communication. Though this might not be a direct representation of your character, you should only work for teams who you know will treat their clients right. Senior Team's MelleJunior could vouch for us. Any of our many developers hired under our company could vouch for us. Our graphic designer, animator, and public relations specialist could all vouch for our company.

I'm sorry that this happened to you as it probably isn't your fault, but you really should be careful who you work under.
