Two major plugins needed. [Budget $1600 USD]

Hello, I need a plugin for my upcoming server Fantasy Dungeons. Before you decide to apply for hire, I need to let you know some things.

1: I am now on a very strict time limit. We only have 3 months remaining, and my old developer has cancelled the project.
2: I have documentation of each plugin needed.
3: You will need a lot of free time!
4: You need to be very experienced.
5: I will not accept anyone with low rep. I can't trust you with this large of a project, I apologize.
6: We need to be able to voice call, and talk frequently. I want you to ASK me questions if you don't understand something rather than try on coding it on your own. Seriously, if you don't understand something, don't pretend you do.
7: The plugins will need to be maintained as the server is released so we can fix many issues as quickly as possible.

It will also help if you are familiar with
- MythicMobs
- WorldGuard
- Citizens2
- BetonQuest
- Dark Souls (Any of the games)
- RPG MMO games.

I will need this developer to be slightly active on the server, and testing the plugins thoroughly. If you plan to rush this type of plugin, please leave immediately. It won't just be a quick pay and do, it will take time and effort.

I'm serious, I won't be paying anyone I don't like. I will chargeback if you waste my time and break my terms.

Terms for work
- You will be available to talk to at least once every 48 hours (If you're going somewhere for longer, we can talk about it of course!)
- Any issues after a plugin is complete shall be fixed ASAP free of charge.
- You will finish the plugin(s) on time
- I will pay by milestones. Then receive the updated plugin per milestone.
- You will ask questions if you don't understand.

Anyways, I will get the plugin quoted. Also, know a couple developers who have too much time to help me decide which price is suitable for the plugins. I'm ready to negotiate pricing.

1600$ for a developer working actively for 3 months? Developing positions pay 7x that in one month lol.

I'm not paying for a new car, no way I'm going to pay over 8000 for a couple plugins buddy for A GAME.

I'm just saying, the developer here is getting the worst end of the stick. Maybe add incentives to partial ownership on the project since the developer is the person who actually makes the project.

I'm not offering my assistance, just pointing out that your price is extremely low for what you're asking.

I really doubt a plugin developer gets over 1600 for a single plugin. This is a game, and developing plugins for such a game shouldn't be considered a career. Most developers could probably finish it in less than a week if they actually worked hard. So no, I'm not offering a bad deal. I'm saying they can expand their time to complete a project in 3 months, I never said they have to work each and every day for 3 months.

There are many who pride themselves in the software they develop and create. Many have made full time careers off of it, although you may not see it that way there are servers in which are legitimate businesses which require professionals who devote their careers to pushing the boundaries of the game itself, such as Hypixel.

I'm glad some people have found a career in developing plugins. Though, I respect people that have pride in their code. I for one, have dealt with many developers who will throw me the most ok version of a plugin I've asked for. So, I know many people who just try to make money off of this as well.. which is what I dislike. I've hard to chargeback a few developers for their incomplete plugins, that were barely functional (They ignored me, so I did this as a last resort due to no bug fixing). I just don't see how two plugins should go over the amount of money that I could use to buy a 2007 Mustang.

I actually started to use ProQuest a bit ago. So, I know you are a good developer. The plugin is fully functional, and as a private plugin I'd definitely pay quite a bit for it. Though you did hit 1600 with multiple people buying one specific plugin. (;

You don't know how Hypixel works, you don't know their people, you don't know their actual work. So please settle down and do not talk about Hypixel. Use mineplex as an example for that argument instead if you don't know anything about them. And please quit acting like you are a legendary programmer which has studied programming for 3 years, you are not, you are a Bukkit plugin developer. Please.

Let me burst your bubble mate, they are not dedicated developers. They are freelancers, the only dedicated developer is codename_B, the rest, people like Plancke are a bunch of freelancers.

Never once stated they are "amazing", I stated that they require "professionals who devote their careers" (something you wouldn't know about). Freelance or not, it can still be determined as a full time job based on the amount of projects they work on.

So if simple minded individuals like yourself who are simply around to trash others and make bold statements, I applaud your idiocy.
