Two major plugins needed. [Budget $1600 USD]

Hello, I need a plugin for my upcoming server Fantasy Dungeons. Before you decide to apply for hire, I need to let you know some things.

1: I am now on a very strict time limit. We only have 3 months remaining, and my old developer has cancelled the project.
2: I have documentation of each plugin needed.
3: You will need a lot of free time!
4: You need to be very experienced.
5: I will not accept anyone with low rep. I can't trust you with this large of a project, I apologize.
6: We need to be able to voice call, and talk frequently. I want you to ASK me questions if you don't understand something rather than try on coding it on your own. Seriously, if you don't understand something, don't pretend you do.
7: The plugins will need to be maintained as the server is released so we can fix many issues as quickly as possible.

It will also help if you are familiar with
- MythicMobs
- WorldGuard
- Citizens2
- BetonQuest
- Dark Souls (Any of the games)
- RPG MMO games.

I will need this developer to be slightly active on the server, and testing the plugins thoroughly. If you plan to rush this type of plugin, please leave immediately. It won't just be a quick pay and do, it will take time and effort.

I'm serious, I won't be paying anyone I don't like. I will chargeback if you waste my time and break my terms.

Terms for work
- You will be available to talk to at least once every 48 hours (If you're going somewhere for longer, we can talk about it of course!)
- Any issues after a plugin is complete shall be fixed ASAP free of charge.
- You will finish the plugin(s) on time
- I will pay by milestones. Then receive the updated plugin per milestone.
- You will ask questions if you don't understand.

Anyways, I will get the plugin quoted. Also, know a couple developers who have too much time to help me decide which price is suitable for the plugins. I'm ready to negotiate pricing.

Honestly, the reason a budget exist is so the user in charge doesn't go broke. If you want more from me, or more from my server. We can negotiate. I'm creating FantasyDungeons, and had an investment thread for a while. A few people know about the server, and I'm already pushing the bounds of Minecraft.

No, I don't want to spend too much money. I honestly wanted to create a server that will be fun for players, not to gain profit. I don't want to invest too much into it (It's already spent over 5,000$ USD Spare me holy shit.) If you dislike what I have to offer, I'm not getting on my hands and knees to beg you to code for me. I understand, that this budget could be considered low to some.

I also apologize for my small rude behavior before. When some one mentioned 7x the amount of 1,600 I just couldn't imagine some one paying so much for a server that's not even out.

I was honestly trying to avoid having a thread as well. Can't believe one came to be, I even asked people to private message me if they were interested. Yet, this whole conversation started. (Granted it was my fault)

Also, due to leaked documents from developers already, I'm going to be creating a video explaining what my server is about. Maybe, you could be more interested in it then?

It wasn't your fault in any way, you made a statement I responded with my opinion and then another user began making personal remarks and assumptions about myself and I personally don't even know why as I've never spoken with the individual before. But regardless good luck finding someone for the position if it hasn't already been filled.

So you want a full-time developer for 3 months, and you're paying him $1600?

If s/he works 5 hours a day for 3 months that's a whopping $3.50 an hour to be a custom developer, wow
