Hey! I'm qBen_Plays the owner of a new server I myself started called Ultra-Factions. As a new server we need new staff to come on board this adventure that this server will take us. We need all types of staff, admins, co-owners, managers, developers, etc. We are in an alpha stage currently as we have yet to implement plugins that we currently need. We will be online in about 1-2 months and then the server will be in access to anyone!(Right now its only acessible as staff only). Assistant (1): You are the most important role right along side me. You are essentially an owner, just without the console. You assist me in my most closest decisions.
Developer (Infinite): I don't require much from you. Just make plugins, they don't have to be big or small. Right now we need more staff-permissions based plugins.
Builder (Infinite) - Build Stuff, simple. (We will probably have you build a warzone and some portals.)
Head-Admin (3) - You are extremely important. Everyone under you has to take orders from and request feedback from you. if you are not sure, you contact the owner. You control 1 of 3 branches (Punishment, Users, Staff), your choice of which one.
Admin(5) - You are also important. You help keep the server safe with quite a large arsenal of commands. Mods and Head-Mods refer to you, and you refer to Head-Admin. You monitor behavior.
Head-Mod (1-2): You are like an admin but a bit weaker. You give orders to mods and others. Your job is to monitor the chat and other mods.
Mods (3-4): You monitor the chat and refer to the head-mod.
Helper (Infinite) : If you want to help out the server, while still being a staff choose this one! You'll get a free rank with it (like all staff do)
