Hello! Thank you for reading the thread. In short I am looking for another owner to help me create a Minecraft factions server that may one day flourish. I am looking for another owner as I cannot do it by myself due to lacking some funds and a little experience. I have put a staff team together and setup the discord as well as paid for hosting. Hello.

This thread title is totally misleading. Within the message you’ve posted, you implicitely explain to us you have no money for this project, and few experience. You are basically begging for someone to pay for your own goods, which is not something that will happen anytime soon.
I suggest you take a different approach at society when it comes to problem solving.
