Updating a plugin

I use the plugin auto-tune but it’s out of date and the creator is inactive as I have tried to contact them but no response, is there anyone who would be willing to update it for me either for free or for a small cost? or if anyone can create basically the same plugin with all its features for as cheap as possible? I know it’s a long shot but yea, thanks
