Just a suggestion..
I wouldn't leave head Admin as a choseable rank due to the fact you will get some twelvies who will take advantage to this rank and ruin your reputation in the future.

Thanks for the suggestion, just because someone requests Admin doesn't mean they'll get it and we'll vet any candidate for Admin+ quite thoroughly, I'm being very cautious with any hiring.
