As we grow, we're looking for driven, customer-focused people to join us in two roles:

Sales Representative
Help new customers find the right hosting solution for their needs - from game servers to VPS and dedicated hosting.

Engage inbound leads and convert inquiries into customers
Explain our plans, pricing, and infrastructure advantages clearly
Build relationships with gaming communities, server owners, and businesses
Meet sales targets and contribute to VeloraHost's growth
Earn 10–15% commission on every sale through our affiliate system - the more you sell, the more you earn

Support Agent
Be the frontline for our customers, delivering the 24/7 support VeloraHost is known for.

Troubleshooting servers, game panel, and account issues via tickets
Guide customers through setup, migrations, and configuration
Escalate technical issues where needed and follow up until resolved
Maintain VeloraHost's reputation for fast, expert support

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in gaming/hosting
Reliability and the ability to work independently
Prior hosting, gaming community, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
