We run a hugely popular Minecraft website that has been growing rapidly since March last year, currently receiving over 500K average visits per month.

We’ve had various clients work with us so far, including PebbleHost and Sharkblocks, that have seen huge value in terms of traffic and sales increase.

We have only been up a year, and have already accelerated and become one of the top Hypixel focused websites.
We currently have a new site being built, which will allow us to expand further into the Minecraft scene and are expecting our traffic to double.

Not that I don't believe you but it would be nice if you could include like a screenshot of cloudflare metrics or something like that proving the 500 visits/month, and like unique visitors monthly.

I just want to clarify this isn't accurate. To start, they are selling advertising as bigman said, so it isn't even an investment. But even if it was an investment, that is allowed as long as you are getting equity in return and not an roi.
