I have found that fasting in 16-24 hour increments work. There a lot of books and such about it if you need more reference about it. Good luck with this.

Flexible diet & Calorie deficit & Go for a 2-4hrs walk for a day will be enough even if you want to become a bodybuilder.

-Drink lots of water
-Start our exercising and slowly workout more and more to build your strength
-Don’t sit your ass on Mc-Market all day like me

Hello MCM, weird place to post this stuff but whatever:
I'm wanting to lose weight and am looking to get a gym membership to go daily, and try and eat healthy meals.
I was wondering if any of you have experiences with weight loss and what helped you and if you have any tips.

I lost the ability to eat 3 meals a day and pretty much just eat a
meal at 3am. Im a Jr in highschool and weigh less than I did in middleschool.
Not saying this is healthy, but that's my experience.​

Eat healthier (all greens and food that was alive so chicken etc but not deep fried) and then doing daily exercises such as cardio, I usually run for half an hour on this nice track that's in a forest near my house and then 1 hour max at a gym training each different muscles every day but everyone is different, this works for my body not sure if it will for you but it's worth a try P.S Try getting into a community sports or something like that, I play soccer which keeps me fit as well

Fasting is not healthy for weight loss. While fasting your body looks for energy and usually takes muscle instead of fat. You need to eat if you want to lose weight the right way instead of starving yourself.

Hey thanks, yeah I walk to school everyday, I play soccer and do martial arts as well, mainly my dieting and I am also going to be going to the gym a lot so yeah.

Ah okay, each diet is different for everyone so you'll have to find out what is the best for your body. You can even hire a personal trainer (you can hire them at gyms) that can help you out with all of these type of things and they will be useful since they have trained in this area. But goodluck and hope everything goes well :)

Yeah thanks, the membership comes with guidance from a trainer so that should be helpful
