What is the best Server hosting

Can someone with experience help me pick from all these damn server hosts that look the same to me. So far as i see 'Hostinger' has the best review.

It's upto you, if you have a unlimited budget, then i'd say go with a dedi i9 9900K, but if you have a tight budget, ~10 bucks, then i'd say go for Pebblehost
